Owen has some exciting news he wants to share....
As you can see he is super excited. Not really, I don't think Owen will understand until the baby arrives. Hopefully he is able to share mommy and daddy by then because right now if he sees me get anywhere near another child, especially a baby he freaks put. He cries and cries and pulls my arms until I give the baby back and pick him up. I guess he is still my baby for a little while longer.
Here are some early bump pictures. By 5 weeks I wasn't able to wear my regular pants. It is crazy how quickly your belly expands with the second one.
Here is a picture of our little peanut making his or her first debut. I was only 7 weeks pregnant when we had this ultrasound so the baby was probably even smaller than a peanut.
I have been sick sick sick with this pregnancy, much worse than with Owen. When I was pregnant with Owen I was finishing graduate school and working full time and this go around as a stay at home mom has seemed much more difficult. I started feeling sick at 5 weeks and everything made me sick, I was down to eating an apple, maybe some crackers if I was lucky and I could hardly stand the thought of water, it is a neverending sick feeling that lasts for weeks and weeks!! Either way I am glad to say that I am at the 13 week mark, out of my first trimester and feeling much better!
We will have many more updates as the pregnancy moves along, so stay tuned.
